Because we hold both registrations, we can plan a bathroom, a new build or a solar install where the pipework and the wiring are drawn up together — and hand you both signed Certificates of Compliance at the end. That is rare, and it saves you the co-ordination headache.

A Certificate of Compliance is the document that says the work is safe and legal — and it is needed on both the plumbing and the electrical side of most projects and property sales. Most homeowners have to chase two separate contractors for those two certificates.
Because Hanno holds the PIRB plumbing registration and Wietz holds the ECA electrical registration, PowerPES issues both — a genuinely rare combination on the Garden Route, and one reason estates like Pinnacle Point keep us on their approved list.
